Our last stop before leaving Lago Atitlan and heading back to the Rio Dulce was a stop at the Lago Atitlan Nature Preserve. Here we visited the butterfly habitat, walked through the jungle and saw wild animals including monkeys, and crossed suspended bridges to see the waterfall. What a beautiful place.
