Below is just a sample of what the zoo in Guatemala City has to offer, it does not come close to representing the variety of mammals, reptiles, birds and other animals here. If you ever have the opportunity to visit Guatemala City the zoo is worth putting on your list of things to see. And with an entrance fee of $2.25 for adults and $1.00 for children, it’s a great bargain. Across the street from the zoo you will find the artisans market and a variety of museums, so plan on making this a full day trip.
